Housing sales volume increased nearly 12% over 2010, with a median sales price of $124,500 in November 2011.  New home sales are recording between $172,000 and $181,500, with resale prices averaging $117,500.

Tulare County remains one of California’s most affordable housing markets; by the end of 2022, more than 57.53% of residents own their homes.
